TeamViewer PC Installation

"TeamViewer_Host_Setup.exe" will download to your PC. When it is completed downloading, launch it.

When the prompt appears, click "Yes" to allow changes.

A window will appear, press Next to proceed.

On the next page, Select "Both" and press Next to proceed.

On the next page, click the check box to accept the licence terms, and press Next to proceed.

Wait while the program is installed (approximately 60 seconds).

When complete, the window will disappear.

A new window will appear titled "Setup unattended access". Press Next to proceed.

On the next page, enter the information provided by your technician, and press Next to proceed.

On the next page, press Finish to complete.

On the final page, you will be presented with a warning that TecWerks Support will be permitted to access your computer. Press "Allow and finish" to permit this action.

You may then close the "Tecwerks Host" window by pressing "OK".
